The London session or European session starts around 8:00 GMT and winds down around 16:00 GMT.

During the London session, the most tradable and active trading currencies are EUR, GBP & USD.

2. The US Session

The US Session or New York Session starts around 13:00 GMT & Winds down around 22:00 GMT.

During the Amercian Session, the most tradable and active trading currencies are AUD, EUR, GBP, JPY, USD.

3.The Asian Session

The Asian Session starts around 22:00 GMT & winds down around 9:00 GMT.

The Asian Session is a reasonable quite session most of the days.All currency pairs during Asian session moves very slow, that’s why it is not considered a good session for day trades.JPY is the main tradable currency in Asian session but most of the time moves very slow unless a major Fundamental Event happens.
